The Technology Governance Form is used to initiate the required review and approval process for technology products, services, software, hardware, cloud-based solutions, platforms, applications, tools, trials, pilots, AI tools, renewals, and feature add-ons for RF Central Office.
This form should be submitted through RF Connect before any technology is purchased, implemented, enabled, or used, including technology available at no cost. The requestor must provide relevant information such as the business need, intended users, estimated cost, funding source, requested timeline, vendor information, and whether the technology involves RF data, integrations, cloud-based services, software, hardware, AI, or feature add-ons.
The information submitted will support the required review process, including RF Leadership approval, RF Technology Governance Committee review and clearance, cybersecurity risk assessment, legal and contract review as applicable, and final RF Leadership approval before the technology may proceed.
